True, welshminer. However, a physical implementation only goes as fast as it goes. Pressure from customers helps encourage the implementation to go as fast as possible. But there has been a pattern of targets that have not been met. This is the main problem. It's the same old late. This being said, I don't believe we have been intentionally scammed. I do believe BFL is going as fast as they can to design a quality product. Josh already admitted, in retrospect, that the course of action should have been a hardcopy for time's sake, since this is a highly time sensitive field. But this wasn't known at the time, and I believe this also. The intentions were good (to make a quality device) even if the result was bad. So this just means they are trying, and I recognize that.

It doesn't make the loss any less bad for any of us though, and I think our best bet at this point to inquire as to a fair compensation for the delay, beyond what has already been offered. The compensation I request would be equal to what we might get if we were to buy the machines today. If I paid $4800 to BFL today, how much hash power would I get? And how much would it get me with competitors? This solution allows BFL to keep the money and give us FAIR hashing power, which is all anyone really wants. I think I can speak for most everyone when I say that all we (the customers) want is to be competitive in the mining game. This is why we ventured our money to be first in line in the first place.

So there was actually no new update from BFL then?

Welch what do you mean for group cancel? you mean cancel BFL forum or cancel the orders. BFL forum is kind of useless to me and Josh updates are like a mouse turds worthless. I can imagine Josh and Nasser Ghoseiri face looking like a dear in headlight when I asked them show real proof of development and told them I know they login as Slok.  They just banned me because they wouldn't even stand a chance. thanks for clarification, of course me too, but I am a late order. In couple weeks I ask for refund. If they dont refund, I show up with police and court order at their door.   Even if Josh promise his sister, I dont want it lol going to cancel this shit.
